Opening soon. Compassion Global Care is preparing to open and is not yet licensed or serving clients. Its Georgia private home care license application is in preparation, and care can begin only after the Georgia Department of Community Health issues the license. You can send a request or referral now: we will contact you, answer your questions and place you on our opening list, and we will schedule your in-home consultation and admission as soon as we are licensed.

What happens next

From your first call to your first visit

  1. We call youWithin one business day of your request, to understand your needs and answer questions.
  2. Free in-home consultationOur registered nurse visits to assess needs, routines, safety and preferences.
  3. Your plan of careWe write a personal care plan with you and your family, and explain rates in writing.
  4. AgreementYou review and sign the service agreement and your rights. Nothing starts without your consent.
  5. MatchingWe match a trained caregiver to your needs, schedule and personality, with a backup caregiver.
  6. Care beginsWith regular nurse supervision and updates to you and your family.

Care begins only after Compassion Global Care is licensed. Payment at opening: private pay and long-term care insurance; other programs are planned. You are always free to choose any provider.

Refer a client

Discharge planners, physicians, social workers, case managers and community partners can refer clients for companion, personal care and nursing services at home. We contact the client or representative within one business day and keep you informed, with the client’s permission.

No records herePlease don’t upload or type medical records, diagnoses lists or ID numbers. Once we reach you, we arrange secure transfer of any orders or records needed.
Client choiceClients are always free to choose any provider. Compassion Global Care does not pay or accept referral fees.

How we protect your information

Requests and referrals go only to Compassion Global Care’s intake team, in a private, access-controlled system protected under a HIPAA business associate agreement with our email and storage provider. They are seen only by Compassion Global Care’s care team, are not shared with anyone else without permission, and are used only to respond, schedule your consultation and, if you choose our services, start your client record.
