Chita Global Solutions, LLC (CGS) is the parent company of a growing family of businesses. It provides strategic direction, capital and shared standards, while each subsidiary runs its own business with its own licenses, staff, insurance and finances.
CGS was established to bring operational efficiency, project coordination, innovation and business support together in one organization, pairing modern operational strategy with practical, real-world execution. Our leadership has spent more than 15 years delivering complex programs in banking, financial services and health care, and we bring that same structure to every client we serve.

Nurse-led care at home
Compassion Global Care is a private home care agency being established in Gwinnett County. Care can range from a few visits a week to around-the-clock support, seven days a week, always following a written plan developed with the client and family by our registered nurse.
Companion & sitter
Companionship, light housekeeping, meals, errands, rides to appointments and respite for family caregivers.
Personal care
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating and medication reminders.
Nursing services
Assessments, care planning, medication management, wound care and monitoring after a hospital stay.
Overnight & 24-hour
Overnight shifts and 24-hour coverage with rotating caregivers.

- Hospital-to-Home Transition · an RN visit soon after coming home and support through the first 30 days

Our caregivers will be employees, not contractors: background-checked, trained and supervised by our registered nurse. Payment at opening: private pay and long-term care insurance. Compassion Global Care is not a Medicare home health agency or hospice, and it is not yet licensed; services begin only after the Georgia Department of Community Health issues its license.

Online payments are processed by a secure payment provider; Compassion Global Care does not store card or bank account numbers, and we will never ask for them by email or text message.

We help homeowners, investors and property owners plan, coordinate and oversee construction and renovation projects. In our first phase we act as your owner’s representative: we plan the project, help you choose Georgia-licensed contractors, review bids and payment requests, visit the site and report progress every week.

CGS Construction & Development is not a licensed contractor at this time. Physical construction work is performed by independent Georgia-licensed contractors under contract with the property owner.

Frequently asked questions
Is Compassion Global Care open now?
Not yet. Its Georgia private home care license application is in preparation, and care begins only after the license is issued. Email us and we will contact you when we open.
Is Compassion Global Care a Medicare home health agency?
No. It is a private home care provider, not a Medicare-certified home health agency or hospice. At opening, care is paid privately or through long-term care insurance; other payers are planned.
Who decides what care my family member needs?
A registered nurse visits at no charge to assess needs, routines, safety and preferences, then writes a personal care plan with you and your family.
How do I request care or refer a client?
Use our Request Care & Referrals page. Families can request a free in-home consultation with our registered nurse, and hospitals, physicians and case managers can send a referral. We respond within one business day; care begins after licensing.
How will I pay for home care?
When care begins, families can pay invoices by credit or debit card or bank transfer (ACH) through a secure online checkout, or by check. At opening, care is paid privately or through long-term care insurance. Your rates and billing schedule are explained in writing before care starts. See Payment options.
Is there a Chita Global Solutions app?
Yes. Our free app puts care requests, careers and Jane, our virtual assistant, on your home screen. On iPhone, open this site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap Get our app at the bottom of this page or choose Install app from the browser menu.
Is Compassion Global Care hiring?
Yes. We are building our founding team of personal care aides and CNAs, companions and sitters, registered and licensed practical nurses, and an Alternate Administrator. Positions begin after licensing. See open positions and apply online.
Does CGS Construction & Development do the construction work itself?
Not at this stage. We act as your owner’s representative and help you hire Georgia-licensed contractors, who contract directly with you. We review bids and payment requests, visit the site and report progress.
Can you help if I live out of state or overseas?
Yes. Remote-owner oversight is a core service: site visits, photo and video reports, and review of contractor payment requests before you pay.
How do the companies work together?
Chita Global Solutions owns each subsidiary and sets shared standards. Each company runs its own business with its own licenses, staff, insurance and bank accounts, and no CGS company pays or accepts referral fees.
